Hi! I’m Julia Valdesalice (VAL-deh-SAL-iss), wife to my true soul mate and mother to two amazing daughters who have inspired me to dive into the world of maternity, newborn and baby photography. I grew up just outside of Philadelphia and have always had a love for the arts. Fashion, makeup artistry, hair styling, clothing design and sewing are all things I’ve dabbled in and still really enjoy. In fact, this all started with a business called Pooks & Lulu which supplied other newborn photographers with outfits for their own sessions.

Once we meet, you will quickly feel the passion I have for this art. I want my clients' sessions to be unique and special. I, too, am a mom and a wife and know how important these photos are. Knowing that professional photography is an investment, I will help before, during and after sessions to ensure my clients are happy and excited about the end result. Being in front of the camera may not be the most comfortable place for some people. That’s why it is always my goal to make clients feel relaxed, confident and secure. During sessions, it is my priority for families and children to feel at ease so we can make a connection. That way I can capture the most natural expressions and genuine emotion.
