    CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Once an order is placed it’s automatically sent to our production team. This allows us to keep orders moving quickly and efficiently for quick turn times.  Unfortunately, we are not able to halt the system for cancellations. 


    We recommend checking your product as soon as it arrives. You have 72 hours after delivery to contact our customer service team with any issues with your order, this includes damaged and/or missing items. If the product is damaged during shipping and there is a signed statement from the shipping company that it was received in good condition, this will void any ability to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Images of damaged merchandise, packaging and shipping label need to accompany client notification to customer service for further review.
    If you have changed your mind about your purchase and would like to return for store credit, there is a 25% restocking fee that will apply. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the undamaged item.

    Any canvas or ulta pro drops 8ft or larger are not eligible for a return.

    In-use photos that we have on our website may be edited by the photographers and are there to give a general idea of what the design will look like in-use. Colors on in-use images will vary due to the photographers editing and props they used that we do not provide.
